Flamengo issues note on Denir’s health status

After having informed that Denir had been diagnosed with brain tumor, Flamengo issued a note updating the professional’s health condition. That’s because the 73-year-old employee had to undergo surgery this morning and now awaits definition of the next stages of treatment.

“The Clube de Regatas do Flamengo reports that the masseuse Denir underwent surgery due to the brain tumor. The procedure was performed successfully. After the diagnosis, the masseuse underwent a new battery of tests, with all the assistance of the Medical Department, which has been following him closely.

It is worth mentioning that the masseuse is considered one of the greatest icons of Flamengo. This is because the masseuse provides service to the Red-Black 1980s, that is, in Zico’s generation.
