Rubro-Negro is in a 1-1 draw in the capital of Goiás on an uninspired night
For the 26th round of the Brazilian Championship, Flamengo went to Goiânia to face Goiás, and did not do what it needed. On the hot night of The Serrinha Stadium, the mixed team of Dorival Junior had work was 1-1. With the tie, the Rubro-Negro loses positions in the leaderboard and now occupies the third position.
KICK OFF
After eight minutes of play, Marquinhos Gabriel received on the back of David Luiz, set the ball to the left-hander and hit the goalkeeper. On the rebound, the assistant raised the flag and scored the offside on Belmonte’s deep pass. In the 12th minute, it was Flamengo’s turn to respond.

Dorival also put Arrascaeta in the 17th minute in place of Everton Ribeiro, who complained of fatigue. Rodinei also went to the vacancy that was Marinho, in the 18th minute. Even so, who arrived again was Goiás, which, with Pedro Raul doing pivot, Maguinho let his foot out on the back.

In the 34th minute, the goal; Pedro Raul made pivot and got it right. Dieguinho came from behind and, slipping, hit the angle of Santos (Goiás 1, Flamengo 0). In the 37th minute, Ayrton Lucas unleashed the blow to Tadeu’s defense. But there was Mengo’s tie.
In the 41st minute of the second half, léo Pereira’ corner hit from the left, swerves along with Tadeu, and Matheus França completes to the bottom of the goal, leaving everything the same (Goiás 1, Flamengo 1). The VAR still analyzed a possible foul on the goalkeeper from Goiano, but validated the goal.

With one more point in the account, Flamengo reaches 45 and still remains alive in the fight for the title, however, with less chance and nine of the leader Palmeiras, who has 54. Now, on his return to Rio de Janeiro, Rubro-Negro focuses on the semifinals of the Brazil Cup, where he seeks a spot in the final of the competition.
